  Securely pack the item in its original, unopened box ensuring that the protective cellophane seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the condition of the fragrance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
